It’s my everyday routine to make a few different healthy breakfast smoothies before I hit for some exercises in my busy schedule. These smoothies will help balance hunger, vitality, and cravings and furthermore will keep burning fat all day long!
These breakfast smoothies will nourish your body with vitamins, minerals, omegas, healthy fats & protein, gives you radiant skin, hair & nails and will aid in weight loss. These are excellent for kids as well because they’re a complete supply of brain-boosting foods.
All you need is fruits and a high powered blender. So let’s get into the recipes straight away!
So, here I’m sharing my favorite 5 breakfast smoothies for weight loss and overall health that are simple and can be easily incorporated in daily routine.
Avocado Smoothie
This is my most favorite green healthy breakfast smoothie for weight loss. This healthy smoothie has green ingredients like avocado, spinach and green apple.
All these ingredients are heavily packed with nutrients like vitamins A, B, C, E & K; potassium, heart-healthy fatty acids; fiber; antioxidants; and anti-inflammatory properties.
These ingredients will not only aid in weight loss but will improve your overall health. This one is my most favorite healthy breakfast smoothie recipe. You can have this breakfast smoothie with protein powder if you want.
Also, I personally prefer to drink my smoothies, but this green avocado smoothie and some other mentioned here can be served in a bowl with some nuts on top as well.
Ingredients Needed
- 1/2 avocado (chopped)
- 2 cups spinach or kale (chopped)
- 1 1/2 cups apple juice
- 1 apple (unpeeled and chopped)

If you love bananas or banana shakes then this recipe is going to be your new BFF. It’s mine!

Bananas contain fiber, vitamins A, B, E, K, and C as well as folic acid. The electrolytes in bananas help restore electrolytic balance while the fiber in it helps keep bowel movements regular.

Mangoes contain really good levels of both vitamins A and C. While coconut milk is noted for its healthy fat and vitamin content.
You can add some nuts on top to give it an extra boost. I love adding mango and coconut chunks on the top but my kids prefer plain and simple.

This Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie has all the three main nutrients for a healthy body and life. This healthy smoothie will help you stay energized and full all day.
